Itinerary Detail:
Day 1: Yuanjiajie, Mt.Tianzishan, Bailong Sightseeing Elevator, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
Morning (09:00–12:30)
Zhangjiajie National Park:
Take a 20-minute walk to the shuttle bus station, the bus will take you to the Bailong Elevator. You are soon thrust into a magnificent view of the surrounding area. Don't blink because the elevator is fast runs 300 meters from the ground to the top in 66 seconds.
Yuanjiajie Scenic Area:
It is likely to be one of the most scenic sites in the park, This area is famous and popular for its Hallelujah Mountain, named after the movie Avatar's floating rocks. The First Stone Bridge in the World is another popular site in Yuanjiajie, the natural rock bridge in the “Avatar area”. You can cross this bridge and walk a circuit to get some fantastic views of the valley.
Afternoon (13:30–17:00)
Tianzi Mountain:
A fabulous location for seeing Zhangjiajie pillars among the sea of clouds. Get popular among photographers from all over the world, get willing to get inspired and create masterpieces from here.
Day 2: Jinbian Brook, Huangshi Fort
Morning (09:00–12:30)
Huangshi Fort:
Another day of trekking in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. A cable car ride up to Huangshi Fort lies to the west of Zhangjiajie Forest Park, the sheer cliff all around the area, hike to the best viewing point for a great picture. The way up with plenty of wild monkey sightings along the way.
Afternoon (13:30–17:00)
Jinbian Brook:
Walk through the valley with pillar-like towering peaks around and Golden Whip Brook meandering through, It is a place with fewer tourists crowds; slow down and enjoy the peaceful moments of nature.
